Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. This class is comfortable for all skill levels and mainly focuses on the breath and transitions: those are what connect one posture to another in Vinyasa.
They are the in-between part. This class is the most popular choice for busy parents and working individuals as it runs the same time every single week 6:30-7:30pm.
Please dress comfortably and bring water- all supplies are provided however if you would like to bring your own mat and supplies you are welcome to do so.
